I am Rebecca; I live in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I have worked at a regional coffee roaster/retailer since 2009 in various positions including shift leader and barista trainer. I started my journey in customer service/retail/foodservice while completing my BFA in Illustration at the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design. Over the years, I have developed a passion for helping people understand their jobs. I recently obtained my Masters in Learning Design and Technology online at Purdue University.
